Cancellation Policy
If an appointment is cancelled prior to 24 hours before the scheduled time, no cancellation fee will be charged. However, if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment, a fee of 100% of the full appointment value will be charged (no shows included). Please note that this cancellation policy applies to all customers and we kindly request that cancellations be made through the Fresha app, not DMs or emails.
