Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50%. If an appointment is cancelled prior to 24 hours before the scheduled time, no cancellation fee will be charged. In case of a no-show, the customer will be charged 100% of the full appointment value. We kindly request that cancellations and rescheduling be made through the Fresha app.
*Deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking.
